The renovation of this wartime bungalow saw us updating several exterior elements, after it had been neglected for many years and was in rather poor condition. We had the roof tar papered and new shingles installed and also installed new Energy Star rated windows. Along with the Maibec beveled siding and trim boards, we had colour matched soffit & fascia installed to tie everything together. After the property was landscaped, we had a Random Stone stamped concrete walkway leading to the front and back doors of the house with a larger patio section in the back yard that really encourages backyard entertaining.
