This home renovation located just off the water in Prince Edward Country was in rough shape in it's found state. After jacking up the front section of the cottage and performing some structural repairs and re-levelling, the exterior was fitted with new Energy Star rated windows & doors. Cape Cod Board & Batten wood siding boosted the curb appeal along with a new architectural roofing and vented soffits, fascia, and evestroughing. The back addition was found to be built without a foundation and was sinking rather badly. The addition was reconstructed and tied back into the house, fitted with larger windows and a vaulted ceiling.
