The renovation of this mountain side cottage located at the base of Blue Mountain in the Collingwood region was completed just in time, as the foundation was caving in due to improper drainage from run-off. After the house was raised and the damaged sections of foundation rebuilt, there was an addition added to the front section of the home. The exterior features a Timber Frame roof section built from rough sawn western red cedar timbers, constructed with authentic timber frame joinery. The siding was finished with Maibec wood siding and trim, along with coloured soft & fascia.
