The renovation of this 650 sq. ft. 3rd story loft in Belleville was a conversion from an unused space that was original to the home, circa 18th century, to a dedicated master bedroom & bathroom. Free spanning 27' floor trusses were craned in to provide a new floor structure in place of the old under sized 2x6 floor joists. The 3 pc. master bathroom features a site made tiled shower, and radiant in-floor heating. While the main area had a black railing system installed with smoked glass, Polk Audio speakers in ceiling for whole house stereo control, and dual opening french doors that look out to the garden below.
